1.Worst management ( They lack in basics and will try to compensate with excuse of being non profitable organisation) 2. Treat their Pillars of organisation(P. A./ Teachers as the last priority) 3. They never care for perspective of their field working P.A.s. as there only info flow from Top to bottom . 4. The organisation itself doesn't follow what they tried to teach the kids ( Belief in others). 5.Salary is less than a peanut . 6. Growth ..that's a good question. 7.
