It's very obvious that the commercial sales rep review is fake, as sales reps recently just almost got into an all out brawl with management because they tried to take their commission away due to the fact that the company is struggling to make pay roll every month. At times they won't even pay vendors till 3 months later just so they can make pay roll and give employees the idea that the company isn't going down. No one is going to believe one good review in a sea of discontent. Just to give you an idea of how bad this company is, they are now down to 3 network engineers, from 6, this all happened in the last couple months mind you. This company is a complete and utter sham, and most employees are too scared to even stand up for themselves here due to the threat of pay being taken away or being fired. I know that they're trying to refill all the empty positions now with good talent, by posting these fake reviews, but due to the fact that their entire glass door is filled with negative reviews, they'll never be able to get anything but sub-par talent. You can change your entire image when that buy out goes through, but you can't fix how horrible your image is in the work force, and for your customers. A internet provider of all people should know that you can't erase or snub out these kinds of reviews. Best of luck!
