There continues to be an issue with some members of leadership displaying rudeness and subtle bullying of women. I continue to see an issue in meetings where two of the most senior members of one department will talk down and interrupt women in meetings, but treat their male colleagues with courtesy and respect. HR refuses to do anything about the issue and I am aware of at least one female employee leaving due to the difficulties of dealing with these individuals.
