      Pros

      Open people if you’re willing to do the same. Reasonable flexibility about working hours and getting some time off to do the usual bank, gov etc business. I think it’s a good place to grow.

      Limited interaction between teams. People in some teams may be under some pressure to deliver. Not a lot of cohesion-building activities encouraged as far as I can tell.

      - the people here are very good technically - some teams are more demanding than others, in one team you can always have the chance to work with new technologies, in the other you are anchored in old technologies -it is an outsourcing company and you work directly with the client

      - some colleagues are toxic - the chances of being promoted or of reaching a management position are small as there are few employees
