As the first guy said you will learn b2b sales experience. And you will learn nothing else.

Best experience I didn’t remember it was a school and nothing else. Consistent changes in the commission system . They didn’t allow a single paid leave and tried to cap commissions as much as possible so they could always keep you back, and they acted immaturely. Deductions were made from salary and commission for no reason, without explanation. Whatever the guy initially said, the commission system was low; it became even lower a very small amount, no percentage, extremely low. Lowball salaries, delayed salaries, etc., created hysteria and stalling by the time I left. In fact, there was zero appreciation toward employees—no bonus system at all. It was a waste of time. Zero growth.
