Had the chance to lead the market but has failed even to keep up. Workloads are punishing and retention is a major problem which makes it worse. Feedback to leadership is dismissed and staff made to feel bad for raising issues. Poor treatment of staff and dishonesty about has led to atmosphere of mistrust.
When decisiveness, leadership, expertise needed there's no sign of management but when something goes well they suddenly appear to credit-steal. CEO is either blind to it or chooses to reward loyalty over skill and hard work.
