After proving we could be more than successful WFH during the pandemic, we were required to return to the office full time. We began losing more than half our team to better paying, fully remote opportunities. When they couldn't hire people to come it, they offered THEM remote. Now half the team is required to be in office, while newly hired people have an option to work remote (which they all do). So 9 of us sit in an office with 20+ empty cubicles.
