Feedback - Software Engineer bei EmbedIT: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The company is always in the "transformation". The financial banking sector has been changed and the company can not deal with this challenge. There is no clear policy of how, when and in which way company will transform. C level management can implement the opposite solutions at the same time. We had more than 2 years to prepare to the market change but all different "tries" were discarded and for now we again doing "transformation" from scratch.
