- small company - lateral experience - implement new software often - constant change in the company (may be pro for some, con for others) - free muffins/cake daily - flexible hours/ability to leave for doctor appointments, picking up kids, etc.

- constant stress over who will be let go next. reason is often that they were “not a good fit” - salaries on the low end - work environment is not professional at times - limited potential for promotions for many positions - no compensation for overtime
