Some decent teammates. Again, just SOME.

Kontras

Management prioritizes clients over employees, even in cases of clear mistreatment. “Yes-man” culture – they will side with clients no matter what. Lack of care for past employees; unresolved government-mandated benefits remain undistributed, and inquiries are ignored.

Lots of things to be figured out, not a lot set in stone. Opportunity for people to put in the effort to build a process. Opportunity to improve things for the better.

Kontras

Because things aren't set in stone, there can be a lot of frustrations. People sometimes have to learn on the job and get things done outside of your job description.
