Employee experience is highly dependent on the client you're working with
not much that HR can do if we see any seemingly unfair business practices by the clients
atmosphere is too relaxed and laid back, benefits are basic and minimal, even the staff does not seem to be well trained in terms of interacting professionally with the employees
