Pros

They pay you $$$ to get you through the door because they cannot find anyone to work here but that is the only PRO.

all the positive reviews you see on this page are FAKE. management/CEO asked employees to put positive reviews on glass door to attract prospective employees because they cannot retain employees long term due to their refusal to be flexible and forcing people in the office 5 days a week with no flexibility to work at least 1 day from home as employees have full remote capability. Upper management is extremely unprofessional and not knowledgeable in their book of business. New employees are not given any training or guidance which results in an EXTREMELY HIGH TURNOVER. they are understaffed and the work load is EXTREMELY UNMANAGEABLE due to their lack of ability to retain employees. Recruiters are refusing their business to find employees due to the fact that they cannot find anyone willing to be on site 5 days a week with NO flexibility.

The Company historically has allowed hybrid and remote work only on an exception basis as needed. This has been the company policy since June of 2020 and fully disclosed to all new and prospective hires. Additionally, reviews are not fake. To the extent that employees choose to post a review, they are strongly encouraged to be truthful.

Pros

Great on-site perks, such as a gym with locker rooms, café, game room, and plenty of parking

Kontras

Medical benefits are not great and company structure is shifting; lots of layoffs, it almost seems like there may be some budgetary issues.

Your feedback is appreciated as well as your acknowledgement of some of the amenities available to employees. Understandably, any organizational change can create a sense of uncertainly and lead to differing perspectives. While we don't discuss individual employment matters, we do constantly evaluate our resources and processes to ensure we're operating in the most efficient manner possible. As part of that ongoing process, realignment of resources may occur from time to time.
