A cosy and Homely Environment - Business Development Manager bei Elves Lab: Mitarbeiterbewertung

A very friendly and homely environment. I was there for 10 years and most of the employees stayed for a long period of time. The director is understanding and empathize my situation a lot when my mum fell sick. His constant support made me stay for a long time. The environment is very different compared to the outside world and a happy and great place to work in. Colleagues and founder are really nice and that made it hard for people to leave. The reason of leaving is to give myself more exposure and I have no doubt that I may even go back to hustle with the team again some day.
