Much friends and good colleagues with good food around office areas Will hire anybody to replace people who left.

Poor salary and career leadings to extreme high number of people leave the company. Most devs here are all junior because seniors have long left. All the worst parts of working in an SME except magnified x100 - micron managing, no worklife, workhard by pay low. Big workload, poor project management, and bottom level pay way below market rates. My fault for joining this company as I think I would be different despite poor glassdoor review. Don't waste your time here, look at the glassdoor review.... so much people won't be wrong. If you don't believe and join, you will leave in a year anyways.
