I’ll admit I was initially hesitant to join EliseAI after reading some of the older Glassdoor reviews. However, since joining, I’ve been very pleasantly surprised. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive and quite different from what I expected based on that feedback. The culture here is fast-paced, but in an energizing way. It’s driven by smart, thoughtful people who are not only sharp but also incredibly collaborative and willing to help. There’s a real sense of shared ownership and momentum across teams. What stands out most is the energy. It is the kind of environment that pushes you to level up. You’re given a lot of autonomy, so self-motivation and proactivity are key, but that also means there’s a ton of room for growth if you're the kind of person who thrives in that kind of setting. The company also offers very competitive salary, benefits, and perks. Daily lunch is definitely an added plus. I would recommend EliseAI for anyone considering it!
