High employee turnover (I have seen more than 8 people leave the company in last 5-6 months time.) No proper training and have high level office politics. No support from seniors and management/HR, they have their own agendas. Join only if you are desperate or happy to work as a machine (as they don't care about human values, problems or actual humans).
