Ok company. Long hours Monday through Thursday designed to give the flexibility to take a half day Friday afternoon off. Very diverse work environment.

Parts ship on Friday and the expectation is to stay late on Friday even though long hours were put in Monday through Thursday, so what's the point? Salary is below average, a lot of turnover in the salary staff. Owners and a few key engineers are treated as essential, everyone else is expendable. Good place to learn a few new things and then move on in a few years.
