Highest employee turnover rate I ever saw in my entire career. Don't have good work culture specially in software and system engineering team. Micromanagement because they do not trust you. Employees do not feel included, confident or enthusiastic about their job. (you can notice software engineers will hardly ask questions or voice their opinion even in a technical meeting). Overall this is not a place you want to be unless you are a tester.
