Very poor management in terms of what is said (or more typically not said) and their actions. Continuous promises of payrises and other benefits for high performers that never come to fruition. Be wary of redundancy instead. There’s enough smooth talking higher-ups to convince you that having snacks in the office ruins the company’s finances. Communication never feels transparent, but they are so good at talking that you could be forgiven for believing them at first. Continuous influence by third parties such as consulting groups and investors make Eightcap feel like a shell of a place to work and believe in.
