Employee health insurance is paid by co. Dental and vision is employee responsibility.
Kontras
Insurance has high deductibles and out of pocket costs and doesn't cover the critical things needed in a pandemic. Director is open about paying staff only what they can replace you at. When someone leaves they don't fill position and expect existing staff to take up the slack, to save money I presume. There is no work from home or flexibility at all.
