You will be treated like a number even after years of employment. All people in charge of this business including HR and managers will not stand u for the workers. If you don’t speak up you will be walked on. If you do speak up you will likely get fired. All management is crooked. They will tell you that your being hired for 40 hours a week but then demand you work 60 or more and keep changing the shift times as if people don’t have a life. The company never treats it’s workers valuable. They will fool you and lie constantly to cover their a**. A perfect example of a bad place to work.
