      Pay is fair. Could be better.

      Kontras

      Long hours, driving against DOT regulations, killing yourself for 12hrs a day 1-2 hours away from home. You load your own truck. Barely anyone helps you. Management is stupid.

      Nice people, good management, decent starting pay

      Very little training, unsustainable business model, go through employees quickly, they have a contract with Amazon and it is the only revenue stream so when Amazon changes or decides to do things differently it makes for an unstable environment.
