Kontras
Below-average pay. Inadequate training for new employees across the board. Extremely meager "merit increases" that don't match performance reviews or even keep up with inflation. Continually reducing benefits Not allowed to be onsite after 5pm, many people struggle to make 40 hours a week. Their "fix" for this was to offer a 30-hour full-time status option with reduced PTO accrual rate - twisting the knife in the wound. Very bad at accommodating anyone with human needs, if you aren't a robot, you're a problem. Lots of "visual benefits" that aren't really benefits (snacks, parties with raffles, keurig machines). Everything went downhill when the previous CEO (John Purvis) passed. I think he was the last barrier keeping this place from becoming a corporate soul-sucking hell. It's not completely gone yet, and I'm not sure how the merge with Redwire will change things, but it's not looking good.
