Pros

The experience that comes with interacting with students and co-workers makes you feel welcomed. However, the upper management shows displeasure when employees work together as a team. The only pro I see is that you will enjoy working with people that support you and your work.

You think going to work will make you feel like a normal person who likes their job but the moment you enter the premises, there is certain negativity that takes over you. Whether it is working towards application deadlines or doing important work, unnecessary pressure is created to keep you stressed out. Even if you are efficient and excellent at your work, you will be put down, not appreciated, and not respected at any cost. Additionally, the upper management creates havoc constantly. There is bickering, unwanted distraction by shouting or loud noises, or inappropriate behavior. Lies, deception to reel you into the job are also common, so please beware of what you are getting yourself into. Duality is also present where people seem to be nice but constantly work towards putting you down.

Pros

During my time at Ednet Consultants, I had the opportunity to work on different assignments which were great for my learning experience. The MD is really invested in your career growth, and she takes care of each employee like a family member. For instance, when my family member got COVID, she arranged for the doctor, a COVID test, and medications. She went above and beyond! I enjoy working with the team as well. They are very sweet and supportive.

My experience at this organization was extremely poor. The work environment is stressful and unhealthy. There is constant micromanagement. Employees are monitored repeatedly throughout the day and are often scolded without valid reasons. Professional skills and subject knowledge are not respected, which makes it difficult to work with dignity. Many employees leave within a short period due to pressure and lack of respect. New employees are hired frequently, but job security is very low. Those who stay longer appear afraid to speak or share opinions. The culture discourages communication and promotes blind obedience rather than professionalism.
