Displays care of the environment; yet, the wind blows away the scrap plastic from the container outside. Management is always friendly but screws you when you turn your back. CEO can change his mind daily -> Unstructured way of working with plenty of redundancy and wasted resources (time, money, material, motivation etc.). Dismissal is being announced via telephone.
