The managing practices makes it a very comfortable environment where you feel listen and able to offer your maximal potential. The overall experience of working here is quite unique due mostly to the people and the trust that is given to you.

Easy4Pro has a flat structure without hierarchy. Needless to say that here is a lot of obvious pros working without a traditional vertical structure, but it requires a lot of autonomy, self-management and motivation to keep on track. This isn't meant for everyone but that's probably why our team is so enjoyable.

We have an incredible multicultural start up team, made of 30 people from 10 different nationalities, based in 4 different offices (Luxembourg, Paris, Porto, New York). We are a fast growing digital company, which has developed 40 countries in 2 years and that has achieved a 400% yearly growth rate since its birth!
