Since one of EHTP’s core values is reflection, our goal with the evaluation process is to promote reflection and ensure that staff members are invested in their growth and have a voice in their own assessment and development. At the same time, we know that it’s essential to have managers evaluate their staff. By having both managers and staff assess, they can align and build a growth plan together from there. That said, we are improving our performance management evaluation process and simplifying all of the paperwork. We will take your feedback into consideration as we make improvements.
We also appreciate your concerns about the food on catered lunch days! We’ll sure there is enough from now on. Additionally, we are piloting a work from home policy and are excited to have rolled this out!
EHTP continues to reflect on what it means to be an anti-racist organization and we have ongoing staff professional development days planned that focus on racial justice.
As EHTP grows, we strive to ensure that career paths are clear for our employees. It’s an exciting time and we are addressing the challenges that come with rapid growth. Our talent development team is looking closely at staff retention and identifying ways to ensure that staff feel good about their growth opportunities.
