- Unrealistic project timelines with low-ass resources (in fact you basically have no resources most of the time)
- They fired so many people that no one is left to actually finish things on time
- Low salary and with basically zero incentives
- No standard procedures ever — everything is handled randomly all the time
- Wasting tons of time dealing with those pointless EY training requirements and compliance crap
