1. Schedule - ETS may not give you many hours at all although you provide much availability. 2. On-Going Training - On-going training is absent. They do monitor your scoring and provide some feedback depending on scoring leader. However, although the program (ONE) looks as if you have access to on-going exercises, you are not allowed to participate in the exercises. It is a facade.
