Remotely run by American corporate executives who only care about the shareholders and seem to have no idea what the business model for a service company should be. They seem to think ESIT is a sales team . e.g. Head office "Why do you need more equipment? No. You can't have it." ESIT employees: "Um, the client wants to buy some equipment and they have the money." Head office: "It's not in your budget and you can't afford it."
