I had an extremely disappointing experience working at ESAC Electrical & Systems Advanced Control Inc The management is disorganized, unprofessional, and lacks basic leadership skills. Employees are expected to go above and beyond, yet there is little to no appreciation for their hard work. One of the biggest issues is the owner, who is incredibly arrogant and dismissive. Instead of fostering a healthy work environment, they create unnecessary tension and disregard employee concerns. Constructive feedback is met with hostility, and decisions are made based on personal ego rather than what’s best for the company or its employees. The lack of proper management leads to constant miscommunication, last-minute changes, and unrealistic expectations. Employees are left feeling undervalued and overworked. There is also no clear path for growth or improvement, as favoritism plays a major role in who gets opportunities. Overall, I would not recommend working at ESAC Electrical & Systems Advanced Control Inc unless you are comfortable dealing with poor leadership and a toxic work environment.
