      I can not find anything

      Unprofessional managers who would greatly benefit from intensive courses on how to be effective leaders. Hopeless team leadership, micromanagement that only wastes employees' time and prevents them from doing their work, and a lot of dishonesty. Also, after the last conversation with the hiring manager, they offered me the role, and I accepted it . Two hours after our conversation, my manager from my previous company found out that I had accepted an offer from another company.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Kontras

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
