      Pros

      I have been working within EPAM for 3+ years and had good opportunities to develop my career and personal/professional skills. Overall, it is a great company and I recommend it to everyone looking for challenges and work/life balance

      Kontras

      The compensation package could be better (for SA employees at least). I could see a huge gap between EPAM and other companies (both product or service based)

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Kontras

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
