We intentionally provide growth tracks for all employees at all levels to develop their careers with EPAM. We are disappointed that you had a negative experience with our compensation review process. EPAM reviews salaries annually and provides for raises based on internal factors, including individual performance and performance against business objectives.       Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
