We are sad to hear that you were not satisfied with the level-up process in our company. Each employee at EPAM can go for an individual assessment. Your manager and people partner can help to prepare for it. Also, there are a lot of courses and training that prepare for an assessment. And if an employee needs to consult about future assessment – finding a mentor is possible to make the transaction to another career step easy.
