Pros

Work life balance THings are organized but not that much, unorganized where things need to be perfectly organized

Kontras

They can reduce the team size anytime without any reason and you have to face the impact of that. Interviewers provide fake output when you want to change the project. Staffing people are not properly trained how to propose a profile to any project management. Staffing people forces us to give the interview even though you're not suitable for any position. HRs do not understand the situation of the candidate if someone is uncomfortable. Monopoly of Ukrainian people.

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Kontras

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
