• If you encountered any form of grievances pertaining to policies, HR and overall management during your work experience and would be willing to share more information, please share with us and we will directly follow up with you.
• We are disappointed to hear you had a negative experience with our compensation review process. We will review your feedback more critically to understand the issue, however, please note that EPAM considers both internal and external factors when creating a Total Rewards package - one component of which is salary. EPAM reviews salaries on an annual basis, and provides for raises based on internal factors, including individual performance and performance against business objectives. We strive to align our pay for performance philosophy with employee expectations.
We are disappointed to hear you didn’t have a great experience during your time at EPAM. We are consistently focused on new ways to improve employee satisfaction and engagement, and we're always open to new ideas on what we could improve. We welcome your concerns and suggestions.
