      Awesome office infrastructure Implements best engineering practices

      3 months notice period for only project manager and above Variable pay applicable for only project manger and above Always they will find a reason to skip the variable pay(I.e COVID) Most of the alliance global employees are in senior management positions and they won’t let others to grow in the company

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Kontras

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
