      Like anything in a service provider company it dependents highly on the project and hence customer you are working for. I had a chance to work on the exciting mission critical projects and boring as well.

      There are boring projects sometimes. And be ready for relocation if your current project is ended and you don't have one close

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Kontras

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
