We have added a new Insurance client that has large potential for growth. one more client who services insurance sector is also started. Pune centre has grown exponentially since we started operations last year and has good potential to continue this growth. Towards building an open and transparent culture, feedback is gathered through various channels like Skip levels, town halls, Leadership connects and engagement surveys. Results and action items are shared with the associates. We continue to make efforts to make the working environment conducive for our associates to become successful and fulfill their career aspirations.
