Thank you for the feedback. We always strive towards establishing a fair and transparent work environment in EPAM. We did bring in some changes in Reward process in recent times and will continue to streamline to make it more impactful. EPAM's online recognition platform "Heroes" is an amazing tool that enables to recognise the efforts instantly and is visible across the organisation.
EPAM is making all efforts to make the environment free from bias. Unified Assessment, a promotion process where an associate has the flexibility to opt when they are ready and go through a panel that evaluated the readiness to next level. Feedback process that enables associate a choice to select the appraisers for a particular cycle and provides oppurtinity to receive 360 degree feedback. Oppurtunities platform that provides associate to opt for any job across many EPAM locations that fulfils the career aspirations.
Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
