It's purely manager favour company not employee favour company. Managers see employees as slaves. If you work at client location it is good otherwise we cannot bear the torture of managers. They don't provide projects for which they recruited for. For me it's like a career loss. Even Managers don't know about the projects that they are dealing in. They behave like I am manager and you are just working under him. They don't know how to respect a resource. Lack of motivation. They even don't know what the role of managers. They do highly political drama. For the mistakes of managers resources are getting fired. Lack of transparency. Lack of professional ethics They see resources like slaves In my career this is the company I have seen giving a show off to outside world and internally it's not. Java resources don't join Epam For my one year career in Epam I have lost 2 years career and negative outlook for my career. So I resigned my job to correct the mistake made.
