      Pros

      Company provides access to different competencies as well as opportunity to work across different industries and client cultures. Still flat in a sense that top management is very aware of what's happening and who's doing what on particular implementation team level.

      Kontras

      Company is growing very rapidly and is getting more vertical. Transforming into truly big faceless company similar to Accenture with lots of folks coming in with the mindset opposite to the one listed in Pros.

As you mentioned, we are growing at an increasingly fast pace - part due to market demands and part due to our success (which isn't a bad thing!).       Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Kontras

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
