PMS ,PMS everywhere. Practically a PM for every developer. The life of developer is miserable. They will never support or hear new developers. Very strict in time management and developer has to go through lot of hassle just to fix a bug. Unrealistic expectations. Absolutely bad management. I am feeling like I am going to school everyday.
