- Big and stable company - Wide range of the projects (sometimes you're able to choose yourself) - Ease of relocation to the another city or country - Absence of bureaucracy - Medical insurance/gym/coffee/etc
Kontras
Extensive (in contrast to intensive) model of the business grow - overall company orientation is toward expansion: mentoring, resource management, and non-project activities are highly encouraged. Feels unhealthy and looks like the Quality is the secondary thing. Also, as another side effect of such direction, If the managerial stuff is not your pick you might stuck in mid-level (D3) position being the real expert in the field.
