      Pros

      El proceso de onboarding es decente y la gente es amable. Son formales y cumplen lo establecido en el contrato en cuanto a salario y prestaciones.

      Kontras

      La gestión del talento es puramente transaccional. No te contratan para hacer carrera, te contratan para tenerte en la estantería y, si no te venden pronto, te tiran. No lo recomiendo si buscas estabilidad real.

Strong leadership, my manager is incredibly supportive and gives you autonomy to take ownership and bring new ideas forward.
