There are list of cons in this company. Worked in very crucial department of organization, Given 1.5 years to this company with loyalty and dedication and was expecting to be a part for longer tenure but due to their dirty politics and pressure of work I didn't able to do that. Personal life got hampered because of their pressure. To survive here you have to learn how to do dirty politics for other people . My confidence got hit because of their working style. No team support. No trust on employees. My Senior didn't motivated me apart from this she only focused on negative points to show and never suggested for better work. Was working in noida office as well for more than 6 months but there employees were not supportive at all. Management didn't supported right thing apart from that always supported old employees irrespective of they were right or wrong.
