No Long Term Engineering opportunities. Company cleans up after development engineers make a mess. No sustained growth. No remote office survived. Limited for career development. Corporate philosophy is engineers are cash cows but once the field is eaten...get rid of the cow. Not a good model for engineer development. Good place to get in and get out.
