The company pays for a hotel for remote teammates to come to Kyiv. Not taken vacation days are paid after each year. Every 6 month there is a performance review where you can achieve a better salary depending on your performance. There is no delay in getting paid. There are some awesome accountants who can help you with any questions, taxes, and requests.
