No staffing process and under-estimates team member capabilities

No clear direction, offered no assistance with social media platforms, and they expected me to perform two job functions in one. a) Counselor Advocate for After-School Program, deserves compensation for managing, counseling and monitoring high school youth ; and b) Social Media and Website Content professional which requires full time attention. However, they want to pay $20.00 per hour for doing both job functions. No clear objectives, terrible attitude and no onboarding process. Cats and cockroaches run rampant and the office window faces building garbage dump. Leaks in the ceiling, is a constant.
